BARBARA ROCHELLE COUTTS (nee NUTT) Peacefully on Monday, February 22, 2016, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers lost their biggest fan - Barbara Rochelle Coutts, 79 years of age. Born on December 15, 1936 in Glasgow, Scotland and a longtime resident of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Barbara loved sports, always looking to next year for the Bombers to win, reading, watching movies, talking to and being with family. She was a devoted wife to Bertram (passed June 8, 2014) and a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her sons, David (Laura), Mark (Loreen) and Glen (Janice), daughter Lisa, and grandchildren, Dylan and Liam, Corinne and Sean, Ian and Jenna. She is also survived by brother-in-law Ed (Valerie), nieces Cherylle (Chris) and Tricia (Rene) and their families, as well as nieces and nephews abroad. Barbara was predeceased by her husband Bertram, sister Valerie, and brother Monty. Service was held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Rosh Pina Memorial Park, 2795 Main Street. Sincerest thanks to Graciala and the nursing team at Seven Oaks General Hospital for their compassion and their care. Should friends be so inclined, in lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to a charity of their choosing.
